Sometimes live music keeps you on your toes — and this weekend is proving exactly that.
Due to a sudden illness, Ryan Tyndell will unfortunately be unable to join us at Seven Keys Lodge this weekend.While we hate that Ryan won’t be here, we moved quickly to make sure both nights remained something truly special.
And we are pretty excited about what came together.
Friday Night: Caleb Sutton, Mark Powell & Ella Powell
Tonight, Friday, August 28, Caleb Sutton and Mark Powell will be joined by Ella Powell for a songwriter round in the mountains.
Ella brings a beautiful voice and a deeply personal approach to songwriting, making this a lineup that feels especially fitting for the intimate setting of Seven Keys. With Caleb, Mark and Ella sharing songs, stories and the moments behind the music, Friday night has all the makings of one of those evenings you can only experience here.
Saturday Night: Caleb Sutton, Mark Powell & Matt Skinner
Then on Saturday, August 29, we are thrilled to welcome Matt Skinner to the Seven Keys stage.
Now based in Fort Collins, Matt spent years working as a professional singer-songwriter and sideman in the Texas music scene before making the move from Austin to Colorado. His music blends country, Americana, blues, western swing and roots rock, and his career has included multiple solo releases, appearances on tribute projects honoring Waylon Jennings and Robert Earl Keen, and international touring with Grammy-winning songwriter Bonnie Bishop.
In other words — this feels like a pretty perfect fit for Seven Keys.
Matt will join Caleb Sutton and Mark Powell Saturday evening for another completely unique songwriter round, giving guests two very different shows across the weekend.

While this weekend may look a little different than originally planned, what hasn’t changed is what we love most about these nights:

And live music tucked into the mountains at Seven Keys Lodge.
The shows will be outside this weekend, with the heaters going, the fireplace lit and blankets available. Bring an extra layer, grab your favorite drink, settle in and enjoy a Colorado evening under the stars.
